Community Workouts with WorkHorse Gym
Joins us once a month, starting Saturday October 24th at 10AM, for FREE HIIT workouts! Instructor Ron Nichlos, from Work Horse Gym, will guide you through a half-hour, sweat filled workout! It is highly encouraged to bring a water bottle and towel. Social Distancing and masks (while entering and exiting) will be required. All necessary equipment to complete work out will be provided by Work Horse.
What is HIIT?
HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. Interestingly, it is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise. Typically, a HIIT workout will range from 10 to 30 minutes in duration.
Despite how short the workout is, it can produce health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise.
Guests will be asked to fill out a short waiver upon arrival.
